CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Customers must provide a minimum of 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled within the 24-hour window, a $30 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. However, if the cancellation is due to sickness, customers may contact us to avoid the fee. A $50 fee will be charged to card on file when customer no call-no shows. Same day cancellation will be charged $30 per service.
